Comfortable room, renovated bathroom. All the staff were incredible. Perfect location to Puerta del Puente. Facilities were good too. It was a really nice experience.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow; standard breakfast.

Courteous staff, spacious bathroom & exceptionally comfortable beds - all for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had variety of excellent options, and was SAVOURY. Impressive lobby. Also with its good wifi I could post videos etc.

the hotel was good value. fab location to explore avila and excellent service. the room was delightful and the bed was great. there was modern a la carte restaurant with fine meals.

Really modern rooms, plenty of products for a large breakfast. Elegant style hotel with Spanish furniture in the rooms. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Good value, central location.

Perfect place for exploring Avila. A hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets were very handy. Price of the breakfast is 12 eur per person.

holiday base for 1 night. air conditioning, an electronic key card and a work desk were available in our queen room. not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. there's siglodoce within 5 minutes walk or so, really loved their menu.

Street was noisy.

It truly was a great experience. Location for Avila was magnificent
